Vendor Application

We carefully curate and welcome a select number of Maine craftspeople and national/international instrument makers to a Marketplace at the festival. This year, the market will be on a beautiful lawn under the shade of tall maples and will feature live music all day. Ticketholders and general public alike will be welcome to browse, listen, and hopefully join us for the programming inside the festival gates! This year there are only 20 spots available for the Marketplace. Please read the requirements below and then submit your application! Applications will be considered until we run out of space or May 24, whichever comes first.

  • Vending begins at 11am and ends at 6pm, rain or shine.

  • The venue does not have electricity available for vendors.

  • Each vendor will be responsible for providing his or her own table, chairs, and pop up cover, as needed.

  • All vendors will be listed on the website, social media, and in the paper festival guide available to all festival attendees.

  • Two passes for the daytime festival (hours 12pm - 6pm) will be available per vendor.

  • Logistical information and set up times will be communicated to vendors after selection.

  • Fee for 10 x 10 space = $100

Applications will be considered as they come in, so please submit as soon as you are able. If you are selected, a digital invoice will be sent for payment via debit or credit card. The payment must be made within 3 days to reserve your spot, or it will be released to another vendor.
